The lawyer is fully competitive in this field, and the cost of selling through a lawyer’s office is never higher than the costs charged by other socalled real estate agents.

Taking into account the high legal insurance and the system of client account, which is insured unlimited in the Danish Deposit Protection Fund, the clients will always be guaranteed against any losses.

We undertake at any time to render all the expert assistance and professional guidance involved  in such a task, including the preparation of adverts, taking photos, showing the houses to potential buyers etc.

Part of this task consists of providing all necessary documents, having the documents registered, providing permission from the authorities etc.

In case the house is not sold, the office will only charge the client with the positive costs of advertising.
The fee charged for selling normal private houses is one per cent of the selling price.
